well no one is technically killed but all Donna’s memories are wiped and so that part of her life has died.

While I am not sure if Dalek Caan has not died like the rest of the Dalek Empire seems to have done, I am sure that somehow Davros has escaped.
Like the Cybermen keep returning, the Daleks always have a contingency plan; so there is bound to be a secret location where they will rise up from once more.

Davros would not let his creations be wiped out as easily as they were in Journey’s End. We will be back!
